现代学徒制背景下的校企合作创新模式探究——以扬州工业职业技术学院为例

Research on the Innovative Model of School-enterprise Cooperation under the Context of Modern Apprenticeship

主要针对现代学徒制背景下的校企合作的创新模式进行探讨。介绍了现代学徒制产生的背景、校企合作的必要性以及合作的现状。在此基础上探讨了一套切实有效的校企合作模式:选定优质企业,共同制定育人方案;企业案例导入课程,共同构建课程体系;推行双导师制,共建教师培养机制;两种考评对接,共同建设评价机制;合作共享共赢,校企共建保障机制。

This paper mainly discusses the innovative mode of school-enterprise cooperation under the background of modern apprenticeship. It introduces the background of modern apprenticeship, and the necessity of school-enterprise cooperation and the current situation of cooperation. On this basis, this paper explores a set of practical and effective school-enterprise cooperation models: selecting high-quality enterprises and jointly formulating education programs, introducing enterprise cases into the curriculum and jointly constructing the curriculum system, implementing the dual tutorial system and jointly building the teacher training mechanism, docking two kinds of evaluation and jointly building the evaluation mechanism and cooperating and sharing win-win, and building a safeguard mechanism between schools and enterprises.
