论高职教学管理模式的创新与实践——以包头职业技术学院为例

Discussion on the Innovation and Practice of the Teaching Management Mode in Higher Vocational Education

教学管理是确保教学秩序和教学质量的首要前提。包头职业技术学院借鉴全面质量管理(TQM)、目标管理等现代管理理念,以质量文化为引领,系统实施把握一个方向(办学定位)、完善一个体系(质量标准)、围绕一个核心(专业建设)、抓住一个重点(课堂教学)、抓好一个关键(师资建设)、强化一个基础(教学条件)、用好一种方法(经验推广)“七个一”教学管理模式,全面提升教学管理水平、切实提高教育教学质量。文章对此进行了论述。

Teaching management is the first prerequisite to ensure teaching order and quality. Learned from some modern management concepts such as TQM and target management, Baotou Vocational & Technical College, carried out a new teaching management mode to improve the teaching management level and teaching quality. Taking the quality culture as the lead, the mode is grasping the position of running a school, perfecting quality standards, focusing on professional construction, paying attention to classroom teaching and teacher construction, strengthening the teaching condition and doing a good job of experience promotion.
