Challenge and Solutions to Constructing China-Africa Interest Community

中国和非洲历来是休戚与共的命运共同体与合作共赢的利益共同体,在发展战略上也保持着高度契合。如今,中非利益共同体涵盖政治、经济、文化、安全等多个领域。中非双方在自身发展的同时,不断寻求利益的交汇点,适应经济全球化新形势,共同提高新兴市场和发展中国家在全球经济治理领域的发言权和代表性,以争取更多国家核心利益。面对中非利益共同体构建过程中出现的合作深度不够、贸易摩擦频发、基础设施不完善等问题,中国积极推进孔子学院、专家学者对非洲国家进行深入的国别研究;优化法律法规,进行政府和企业间协商互补,促进中非贸易可持续发展;以中非“八大行动”“五大联通”为助力,畅通陆、海、空、信息化“一带一路”。

China and Africa has been sharing common interest and making a cooperative interest community with highly fit development strategy. Presently,China-Africa interest community has covered many domains including politics,economy,culture,security,and so on. As their respective developing course,they have continuously searched for their overlapping interest to adapt to the new situation of economic globalization. They strive for the speech right and representation in the domain of global economy management asking for more core interest. Due to the problems in this community such as inadequate cooperation depth,frequent trading conflicts,incomplete infrastructure construction etc.,China is pushing forward the development of Confucius Institute,encouraging academic study on African countries,and promoting law making,and improving dialogues and complementation between governments. Such hopes to make a sustainable relation development between China and Africa. It is also hoped to employ “8 Major Actions” and “5 Major Communication” as the assistance of the relation with an efficient communication via land,seas,and air information network.
