摘要
移动学习使用意愿是提高移动学习绩效的基础和前提。构建了成人网络教育学习者移动学习 APP的 UTAUT 影响模型,通过问卷对 215 名学习者进行了调查。研究发现:个人创新、感知有用性、感知娱乐性三个因素对移动学习使用意愿有显著正向影响,感知易用性影响不显著;调节变量只有年龄对“感知娱乐性→使用意愿”的影响有显著调节作用。最后,从个人创新、感知娱乐性、感知有用性、感知易用性、激励和监督机制等方面,提出了强化移动学习 APP 建设和支持服务、提升学习者移动学习绩效的建议。
The willingness to use mobile learning is the basis and premise for improving the performance of mobile learning. The UTAUT impact model of adult online education learners’mobile learning APP was constructed,and 215 learners were empirically stud- ied through questionnaire survey. The study found that the three factors of personal innovation,perceived usefulness and perceived en- tertainment have a significant positive impact on the willingness to use mobile learning,and the perceived ease of use is not significant. The adjustment variables only have the effect of age on the perception of willingness to use. Finally,from the aspects of personal inno- vation,perceived entertainment,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,incentives and supervision mechanisms,suggestions for strengthening the construction and support services of mobile learning APP and improving the performance of learners'mobile learning are proposed.
