德国额外资格(技能)教育特色及对“1+X”证书制度的启示

The Educational Characteristics of Additional Qualification (Skill) in Germany and Its Enlightenment to the “1+X” Certificate System

额外资格(技能)教育是德国“双元制”职业教育的重要补充部分,在“双元制”教育系统中并行。通过额外资格(技能)教育,可以促进学生获取职业资格证书或提升职业技能水平,更好地适应经济社会和学生个人职业发展的需要。其具有与“双元制”教育并行、互通和补充;内容覆盖面广泛,培训管理信息化等特点,对于推进我国职业教育“1 + X”证书制度建设具有开发面向职业技能等级证书的模块化课程选课体系,鼓励社会力量多方参与技能等级培训工作,建立共享的信息化平台等借鉴意义。

Additional qualification ( skill) education is an important supplement to German Dual Vocational education,which is parallel in the dual education system. Additional qualification ( skill) education can promote students to obtain vocational qualification certificates or improve the level of Vocational skills,so as to better meet the needs of economic society and students personal career development. It has the characteristics of parallel,intercommunication and supplement with dual system education,wide coverage and informationization of training management. It has reference significance for promoting the construction of“1 + X”certificate system of Vocational Education in China including developing modular course selection system oriented to vocational skill level certificate,encouraging social forces to participate in skill level training,and establishing a shared information platform.
