中国农业部门和非农部门水足迹使用的乘数效应研究

摘要 文章在水足迹视角下研究了中国农业部门和非农部门绿水、蓝水和灰水使用的Miyazawa(宫泽)总乘数效应及其分解效应,研究结果发现:(1)中国绿水、蓝水和灰水使用的总乘数效应在各部门之间存在差异,例如农业部门中间投入对非农部门水资源使用的乘数中,从绿水和蓝水来看,畜牧业最大,从灰水来看,渔业最大。非农部门中间投入对农业部门水资源使用的乘数中,无论是绿水,还是蓝水和灰水,均是谷物磨制业最大。(2)各分解效应的大小也存在差异。农业部门中间投入对非农部门水资源使用的乘数效应的分解项中,无论是绿水,还是蓝水和灰水,非农部门内部扩散效应最大,其次是农业部门直接投入效应,最后是农业部门间接投入效应和非农部门外部扩散效应。在非农部门中间投入对农业部门水资源使用的乘数效应的分解项中,除肉类加工、蛋类和乳制品部门是农业部门内部扩散效应最大之外,其他部门在绿水、蓝水和灰水的四个分解项中,均有非农部门直接投入效应最大。 This paper studies the Miyazawa total multiplier effect and its decomposition effects of green water,blue water and grey water in China's agricultural and non-agricultural sectors from the perspective of water footprint.The results show that:( 1) the total multiplier effect of the use of green water,blue water and grey water varies from department to department in China.For example,in the intermediate input of the agricultural sector,the multiplier for the use of water resources in the non-agricultural sector,from the perspective of green water and blue water,the largest sectors are the livestock and livestock products;and the fishery is the biggest in gray water.Among the multipliers of intermediate input by the non-agricultural sector for the use of water resources in the agricultural sector,both green water,blue water and grey water are the largest in the grain grinding products.( 2) There are also differences in the magnitude of each decomposition effect.Among the decomposition items of the multiplier effect of the agricultural sector on the use of water resources in the non-agricultural sector,whether it is green water or blue water or grey water, the non-agricultural sector has the largest internal diffusion effect,followed by the direct input effect of the agricultural sector,and finally indirect input effects in the agricultural sector and external diffusion effects in the non-agricultural sector.In the decomposition of the multiplier effect of the use of water resources in the agricultural sector among the non - agricultural sectors,except for the meat processing,egg and dairy sectors,which is internal diffusion effect in the agricultural sector,the other department has the nonagricultural direct input effect among the four decomposition items of green water,blue water and gray water.
