摘要
以2-辛基乙酰乙酸乙酯、氢氧化钾为原料,在溶剂和催化剂的作用下合成了甲基正壬基甲酮。考察了催化剂类型和用量、反应时间、反应温度以及投料比等对产品收率的影响。结果表明,优化工艺条件为:以二氧化锰为催化剂,乙醇为溶剂,用量比n(2-辛基乙酰乙酸乙酯)∶n(氢氧化钾)∶n(乙醇)∶n(二氧化锰)=1∶1.2∶0.8∶0.009,反应温度220 ℃,反应时间4.5 h。在这些优化工艺条件下,产品收率达92.76%。
Methyl-n-nonylketone was made from 2-octyl ethyl acetoacetate and potassium hydroxide with the aid of solvent and catalyst. This paper studied how product yield was affected by the experiment conditions which included the types and amount of the catalyst, the duration and temperature of reaction,and the molar ratio of materials added. The results showed that the yield of product reached 92.76% under the optimized technical conditions,that is,the molar ratio of materials being n(2- octyl ethyl acetoacetate)∶ n(potassium hydroxide)∶ n(ethanol)∶ n(manganese dioxide)=1∶1.2∶0.8∶0.009 with manganese dioxide and ethanol used as catalyst and solvent respectively,the reaction temperature being 220℃ and the reaction lasting 4.5 hours.
