依托城乡融合推进乡村振兴的战略研究

On the Strategies of Promoting Rural Vitalization with the Support of Urban-rural Integration

城乡融合是对新时代社会主要矛盾的关键突破,是社会现代化的重要动力和标志,也是推进乡村振兴的核心依托。坚持农业农村发展优先,协调推进乡村振兴战略,应当积极推进城乡融合,以发展方式的融合促进乡村产业振兴,以以人为本的价值融合促进乡村人才振兴,以体制机制的健全促进乡村文化振兴,以地理空间的融合促进乡村生态振兴,实现农村社会发展现代化。

As an important driving force and the symbol of social modernization,urban-rural integration is the key to solving the principal contradictions in Chinese society in the new era and also the core support for promoting rural vitalization. Besides,it helps to ensure the priority of agricultural and rural development and push forward the strategy of rural vitalization in harmony. In order to actively bring about a great advance in integrating urban and rural areas,we should promote the vitalization of rural industry with the integrated development of both areas,advance the vitalization of rural talents with the people-oriented values,carry forward the vitalization of rural culture with the support of better improved systems and mechanisms,and give impetus to the vitalization of rural ecology with the geographical integration. Only in this way can the modernization of rural society be realized.
