On the Cultivation of English Teachers’ Accomplishment of Language Assessment in Higher Vocational Colleges

外语测评素养对外语教学至关重要,已成为外语教师的必备能力之一。高职英语教师测评素养包括“测什么”“如何测”“为什么这样测”3个维度。政府部门从宏观层面加以规划,高职院校在制度保障、培训规划、组织建设等方面进行培育,高职英语教师自身就理论和实践进行探索,这些路径有助于高职英语教师提升测评素养。

The accomplishment of language assessment that plays a crucial role in foreign language teaching has become indispensable to foreign language teachers. The English teachers’accomplishment of language assess. ment in higher vocational colleges includes three dimensions,namely,what to assess,how and why to do so. To help teachers cultivate this accomplishment,the governments are responsible for planning at the macro level. Higher vocational colleges are supposed to make the exploration of system guarantee,training plans,organization and construction. Besides,English teachers in higher vocational colleges ought to enhance themselves theoretical. ly and practically.
