人性化护理干预对功能性子宫出血的影响研究

Effect of Humanized Nursing Intervention on Functional Uterine Hemorrhage

目的研究人性化护理干预对功能性子宫出血的影响。方法回顾分析我院2016年6月至2018年7月收治的96例患者资料,采用数字随机法将其分为研究组和对照组,各48例,对照组常规护理,研究组人性化护理,对比两组出血停止时间、贫血发生率及护理质量满意率,并就是否实施人性化护理产生作用的影响因素进行分析。结果与对照组相比,研究组出血停止时间和贫血发生率分别(4.1±0.2)d、2.08%,相比具有显著差异(P<0.05);以及研究组护理质量满意率为98%,相比具有显著差异(P<0.05);经Logistic多因素回归分析发现,治疗指导、心理干预、饮食规划为影响人性化护理干预是否改善功能子宫出血患者症状改善和护理质量评价的独立影响因素。结论人性化护理干预模式中用药指导和心理干预为影响功能性子宫出血患者出血停止时间、贫血及护理质量满意度的独立危险因素,具有临床用用价值。

Objective To study the effect of humanized nursing intervention on functional uterine bleeding.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital between june 2016 and data of 96 patients admitted in july 2018,by using the method to digital random divided into research group and the control group, 48 cases and control group routine nursing care,the team human care,compared two groups of stop time,the incidence of anemia and bleeding patient satisfaction and quality of care,and whether the implementation of humanized nursing effect factors were analyzed.Results compared with the control group,the bleeding cessation time and incidence of anemia in the study group were respectively (4.1±0.2) days and 2.08%,showing significant differences (P <0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing quality in the study group was 98%,showing a significant difference (P <0.05).Through Logistic regression analysis of multiple factors,it was found that the treatment guidance,psychological intervention and diet planning were independent factors influencing whether the humanized nursing intervention could improve the symptom improvement and nursing quality evaluation of patients with functional uterine bleeding. Conclusion Medication instruction and psychological intervention in the humanized nursing intervention mode are independent risk factors affecting the bleeding stop time,anemia and nursing quality satisfaction of patients with functional uterine bleeding,which have clinical application value.
