奥氮平与利培酮对首发精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响价值评估

Evaluation of the Effect of Olanzapine and Risperidone on the Cognitive Function of Patients with First Episode Schizophrenia

目的探究奥氮平与利培酮对首发精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法将我院收治的86例首发精神分裂症患者按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组各43例,分别给予两组患者奥氮平与利培酮进行治疗,对两组患者治疗前后的精神症状及认知功能进行对比分析。结果经过不同的药物治疗后,两组患者PANSS量表各项评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),两组患者PANSS量表总分、阳性症状、阴性症状及一般病理症状评分均不具有统计学差异(P>0.05);两组患者MoCA评分和MQ评分较治疗前均明显升高(P<0.05),治疗后两组患者MoCA评分和MQ评分组间比较不具有统计学差异(P>0.05);对照组与观察组药物不良反应发生率分别为18.60%和20.93%(9/43),组间比较不具有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论奥氮平与利培酮均能有效改善患者精神症状及认知功能,疗效相当。

Objective To explore the effects of olanzapine and risperidone on cognitive function in patients with first episode schizophrenia. Methods Our hospital 86 cases of patients with first-episode schizophrenia in accordance with the method of random Numbers are divided into control group and observation group,43 cases were given two groups of patients treated with olanzapine risperidone,for the spirit of the two groups before and after treatment in patients with symptoms and cognitive function were analyzed.Results After different drug treatment,two groups of patients with the PANSS scale scores were significantly lower than before treatment (P <0.05),two groups of patients with PANSS scale score,positive symptoms, negative symptoms and general pathological symptom scores were not statistically difference (P >0.05);MoCA score and MQ score in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment (P <0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between MoCA score and MQ score in the two groups (P >0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the control group and the observation group was 18.60% and 20.93%(9/43),and there was no statistically significant difference between the groups (P >0.05).Conclusion Olanzapine and risperidone can effectively improve the mental symptoms and cognitive function of patients.
