摘要
目的:评估生物反馈治疗对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取80例经匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表初筛有睡眠问题的住院精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各40例,对照组仅给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上给予4周生物反馈治疗。比较两组患者在治疗前、治疗后4周末PSQI评分及心肺耦合(CPC)睡眠监测值。结果:治疗前,两组PSQI评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组PSQI评分为(8.45±6.35)分,显著低于对照组的(12.56±5.48)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组各阶段睡眠时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组睡眠总时间、浅睡眠时间、深睡眠时间均有增加,入睡时间与REM时间减少,且研究组各阶段睡眠时间改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈技术能有效延长住院精神分裂症患者有效睡眠时间,改善患者睡眠质量。
Objective:To evaluate effects of biofeedback therapy on sleep quality of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:80 schizophrenia inpatients, who were screened to have sleeping problems by Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI), were selected.They were divided into study group (n=40) and control group (n=40) according to the random number table method.The control group was given only conventional treatment, while the study group used the biofeedback therapy based on that of the control group.The treatments lasted for 4 weeks.Then, the PSQI scores and cardiopulmonary coupling (CPC) sleep monitoring values were compared between the two groups before and 4 weeks after the treatment. Results:Before the treatment, there was no significant difference in the PSQI score between the two groups (P>0.05).After the treatment, the PSQI score of the study group was (8.45±6.35), which was significantly lower than that of the control group of (12.56±5.48), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before the treatment, there was no significant difference in the sleep time at each stage between the two groups (P>0.05).After the treatment, the total sleep time, light sleep time and deep sleep time of the two groups increased, and the time for falling asleep and REM time decreased;the improvement of sleep time at each stage of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:Biofeedback therapy can effectively prolong the effective sleep time of the inpatients with schizophrenia and improve the sleep quality.
