摘要
"新工科"建设行动路线的提出对传统工科专业加快转型与升级提供了发展机遇,工科专业创新人才培养模式改革是实现传统工科专业新发展的有益探索.以江西理工大学测控专业为研究对象,提出了测控专业创新人才培养改革应该坚持产教融合、突出先进、加强实践创新三个原则,从优化专业课程体系、改革教育教学手段、协同创新、改善师资队伍建设和"学训研赛"一体化实践教学体制等多维度进行了改革探索,研究结果表明,基于新工科的测控专业创新人才培养模式的改革具有重要的理论和现实意义.
The proposed action line of emerging engineering construction provides development opportunities for the accelerated transformation and upgrading of traditional engineering majors. The reform of innovative talent training mode for engineering majors is a beneficial exploration to realize the new development of traditional engineering majors. Taking the Measurement and Control major of Jiangxi University of Technology as the research object, the paper put forward that the innovative training reform of professional talentsmajored in measure and control should adhere to the three principles of integration of production and education, highlighting the advanced, strengthening the practice innovation, and making multi-dimensional exploration from optimization of professional education curriculum system, reform of teaching methods, collaboration and innovation, improvement of teachers' troop construction and the integration of 'academic of training and research competition' practical teaching system and so on. The results show that the innovation personnel training mode reform of measurement and control specialty based on new engineering has important theoretical and practical significance.
