摘要
高校公共艺术课程的设置是学生素质教育中必不可少的环节.自改革开放以来,党中央国务院就下发了多部文件、多项政策来支持艺术教育事业的发展,但艺术教育在各大高校仍没有得到长足的发展.通过分析艺术课程设置的必要性以及艺术教育的价值意义,并结合艺术教育存在的问题和学生的认知特点构建一套全新的艺术教育体系、课程目标、教学内容和教学方法,从而创建新的公共艺术课程的教育模式.
The establishment of public art courses in colleges and universities is an indispensable part of quality education for students. Since the reform and opening up, the Party Central Committee has issued a number of documents, policies and regulations to support the development of art education, and summed up the curriculum reform of art education, and practical experience and necessary protection for art education, but art education has not been greatly developed in major universities. Colleges and universities have set art courses as elective courses for schools. The teaching status of art courses has not been fundamentally improved. Arousing sufficient attention, the lag of the curriculum setting system, teaching objectives, methods and evaluation systems makes art education unable to further develop. This paper analyzes the necessity of art curriculum and the value of art education, and combines the problems of art education with the cognitive characteristics of students to construct a new art education system, new curriculum objectives, new teaching content and teaching methods, creating a new public art curriculum education model.
