在线考试系统提升护理学生学习能力和职业素养

高职护理专业是为了适应我国健康产业的发展对人才的迫切需求而设置的专业.随着护理专业学生步入就业市场,学生的职业技能得到了用人单位的认可,但是职业素养方面还有些欠缺,所以学生的职业素养的培养有待于进一步提高.文章通过在线考试系统建立科学合理的考试制度以促进教风学风,提高学生的职业素养和自主学习能力.

Higher vocational nursing specialty is set up to meet the urgent need of talents for the development of health industry in China. With nursing students entering the employment market, their vocational skills have been recognized by employers, but there are still some deficiencies in vocational literacy, so the cultivation of students'professional literacy needs to be further improved. This paper establishes a scientific and reasonable examination system through the online examination system to promote the style of teaching and learning, and to improve students'professional quality and self-learning ability.
