从即墨城到总督府——胶东半岛城市化中心的变迁过程研究

From Jimo City to the Governor’s Palace——Study on the Changing Process of Urbanization Center in Jiaodong Peninsula

自秦朝实行郡县制开始,作为胶东郡郡治所在地的即墨城一直是胶东半岛城市化的核心.而1897年德军占领青岛后,胶东半岛的城市中心、或者说"城市化"的中心迅速从即墨地区向如今胶州湾沿岸的市南、市北二区变化.文章通过对胶东半岛地区在殖民者入侵前后的城市结构、经济贸易活动、政治属性、地理战略条件等要素的变化进行分析,总结其在殖民入侵前城市化中心的变迁趋势和殖民入侵后城市化中心迅速变迁的原因.

Since the qin dynasty began to implement the county system, as the seat of Jiaodong county, Jimo city has been the core of the urbanization of jiaodong peninsula. However, after the German army invaded Qingdao in 1897, the urban center of Jiaodong peninsula, or the center of “urbanization”, changed rapidly from Jimo area to the two districts of Shinan and Shibei along the present Jiaozhou bay. This paper analyzes the changes of urban structure, economic and trade activities, political attributes, geographical and strategic conditions in Jiaodong peninsula before and after the colonial invasion, and summarizes the change trend of urbanization center before the colonial invasion and the causes of the rapid change of urbanization center after the colonial invasion.
