文章通过将英镑、法郎、库平银折算为白银获得18—19世纪三国货币的理论兑换率,结合各国货币的工程物料购买力和工资支付水准,计算出兼顾物价及工资时英镑、法郎、库平银在工程活动中的综合购买力,并通过案例进行了工程经费对比.

After the theoretical exchange rate of the three currencies in the 18th-19th century is obtained through conversion of pound sterling, franc and kupingyin (the unit of weight under China's old system) into silver, the comprehensive purchasing power of pound, franc and kupingyin in the engineering activities is figured out while commodity prices and wages being considered, and the project funds are compared through relevant cases.
