基于公园城市理念下的地块城市设计方法探索——成都市青羊区、金牛区百仁片区局部地块为例

Exploration on the Design Method of Block City Based on the Concept of Park City——A Case Study of Bairen Block in Qingyang District and Jinniu District of Chengdu

2018年2月,习近平总书记来四川视察时首次提出"公园城市"的理念,认为城市建设需要把生态价值考虑进去.文章从"公园城市"理念内涵解析出发,提出公园城市理念下城市的设计手法与关注重点,进而结合《青羊区、金牛区百仁片区局部地块城市设计》实践项目.从局部地块出发,以公园城市理念为核心,提出绿色公园住区、特色慢行住区和优雅品质住区等三方面设计策略和举措,以此探索公园城市语境中微观层面规划实践的内涵表达,达到提升片区品质的目的.

In February 2018, General Secretary Xi Jinping first put forward the concept of "park city"when he visited Sichuan, requiring that ecological value be taken into account in urban construction. Starting from the analysis of the connotation of the concept of "park city", this paper puts forward the urban design methods and key points under the concept of Park city, and then combines with the practical project of "Urban Design of Local Blocks in Bairen District of Qingyang District and Jinniu District", starting from local plots and taking the concept of Park City as the core, puts forward Green Park residential areas and characteristics. Slow-moving residential area and elegant quality residential area are three aspects of design strategies and measures, in order to explore the connotation of planning practice at the micro level in the context of the park city, in order to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of the area.
