摘要
文章采用精细化与快速化两种不同的仿真模拟方法,搭建MIKE水动力模型,选取20年一遇的暴雨强度情景,对石家庄长安区雨涝灾害风险进行了评估.结果表明:精细化评估与快速化评估中长时深积水的中高风险结果具有较强的一致性,但快速化评估结果更能反映出城市地形与降雨积水的关联性,而精细评估结果更多地是反映城市道路积水及排水管网的应灾能力.精细化评估与快速化评估分别适用于不同的用地规模、数据精度及评估阶段,可根据评估要求及数据条件合理选取使用.
Adopted refinement and rapidity two different simulation methods, this paper evaluates the waterlogging disaster risk of Shijiazhuang Changan district by building MIKE hydrodynamic model and picking 20 years once rainstorm intensity situation. The results show that: refine assessment and rapid assessment results which is medium and long time deep ponding moderate and high risk are in good agreement, but the fast evaluation results can reflect more the relevance of the city terrain and rain waterlogging, and the refine assessment results is more a reflection of the city road ponding and drainage network disaster response capacity. So fine evaluation and rapid assessment are suitable for different land use scale, data accuracy and evaluation stage, which can be reasonably selected according to the assessment requirements and data conditions.
