摘要
通过对大运河物质文化遗产的类型与主体的分析,探讨了大运河物质文化遗产保护公众参与中"公众"的范畴,分析了公众参与实践中主要的两个困境,即遗产主体的"上移"和公众身份的"泛化",认为"原生性主体"与遗产利用范围内的普通居民在"公众"中的地位或者说公权力主体对两者的态度是问题的关键所在.最后,提出了公权力主体的角色定位、公众参与的内容与途径两个亟待进一步探讨的问题.
Through the analysis of the types and subjects of the material cultural heritage of the Grand Canal, this paper discusses the category of "public" in the public participation in the protection of the material cultural heritage of the Grand Canal, and analyzes the two main dilemmas in the practice of public participation in public participation. That is, the "upward shift" of the main body of the heritage and the "generalization" of the public identity, it is considered that the position of "native subject" and the ordinary residents within the scope of the use of the estate in the “public” or the attitude of the subject of public power towards the two is the key point of the problem. Finally, it puts forward two problems that need further discussion on the role orientation of the subject of public power, the content and approach of public participation.
