摘要 文章以潍坊苇丰大厦为例,结合山东潍坊地区气候环境、原有建筑特点以及改造后功能要求,从建筑外墙、屋顶、门窗和围护结构的气密性等方面在建筑节能上形成许多具有特色且行之有效的做法,并运用BIM技术进行建筑能耗的演算对比和有效控制,经过被动式改造后基础节能率由4.84%提升至87.16%,改善了室内环境,并为类似情况的项目提供借鉴,推动了既有建筑的超低能耗改造的发展. Taking the Weifeng Building in Weifang as an example, combined with the climatic environment, original architectural features and functional requirements of the Weifang area in Shandong, the paper has formed many energy saving aspects from the aspects of building exterior walls, roofs, doors and windows and airtightness of the envelope structure. It has a characteristic and effective practice, and uses BIM technology to calculate and effectively control the building energy consumption. After the passive transformation, the basic energy saving rate is increased from 4.84% to 87.16%, improving the indoor environment and providing reference for similar situations. It can promote the development of ultra-low energy transformation of existing buildings.
