基于CCRC模式的混合型养老社区开发策略研究

Strategy Study on the Development of Hybrid Community for the Aged Based on CCRC Mode

我国已进入人口老龄化社会,养老问题是社会热点,更是现实需求.文章通过研究美国CCRC养老社区模式在我国的应用情况及其存在的问题,提出居住人群混合、产品功能混合及运营模式混合的开发策略,对当下我国CCRC模式养老社区的开发实践有所启示.

China has entered into a stage of population aging. The old aged support becomes a social focus, as well as a practical demand. After an exploration of applications and problems of American CCRC in China, this paper puts forward developing strategies of old-age community of CCRC mode from mixed residents, mixed functions, and mixed operations to shed light on current estate developing for the aged in China.
