摘要 小学生只有在良好和谐的亲子关系、师生关系和亲师关系中才能健康发展,这三种关系的处理都离不开良好的沟通。文章对小学生家长与教师沟通的重要性、前提条件、方式和内容,以及家长如何做好小学生与教师的桥梁等方面进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了相应的沟通策略。 Primary school students can only develop healthily in good and harmonious parent-child relationship, teacher-student relationship and parental relationship, and these three relationships can not be handled without good communication. This paper analyzes the importance of communication between parents and teachers, the preconditions for communication, the ways and contents of communication, and the bridge between primary school students and teachers, and puts forward some strategies.
