冬奥会对我国群众体育发展的影响

The Influence on the Development of Mass Sports in China from the Winter Olympic Games

北京冬奥会的申办成功,我国提出"3亿人上冰雪"的宏伟目标,这为群众体育发展提供了历史性的机遇。论文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,梳理了冬奥会申办成功后国家对冰雪运动在群众体育发展中的一系列政策;分析了我国群众体育发展的现状;阐述了冬奥会对我国群众体育的发展在增强群众体育意识,创设群众体育氛围,增加冰雪运动人口,丰富群众体育项目,改善体育场地设施建设,促进群众体育组织的发展和整合,推动全民健身等方面将发挥积极的作用。

The success of bid for holding Winter Olympic Games in Beijing which puts forward the grand goal of"300 million people on the ice and snow"for our country provides a historic opportunity for mass sports development. Through the literature material method, logic analysis and other research methods, this paper proposes firstly the government to formulate a series of policies for development of the ice and snow sports in mass sports after bidding for the Winter Olympic Games successfully. secondly analyzes the current situation of mass sports development in our country, finally expounds that the Winter Olympic Games will promote mass sports development mainly from enhancing consciousness of mass sports and creating mass sports atmosphere, increasing the ice and snow sports population, richening mass sports items, improving the sports facilities construction, promoting the development and integration of mass sports organizations.
