现象学的召唤:走向个人真实发声的教师教育

摘要 以普适教育理论知识和实践技能为核心,训练“技术熟练者”的传统教师教育,是由技术理性话语所结构的,是一种工厂化流水线的标准教育;这种教师教育建构了一种沉默的现实,掩盖了教师教育者和准教师的个人经验与声音,剥夺他们的自发性和主动性,使他们成为局外人和沉默的人,而不是根植于个人经验的探究者和发声者。通过现象学话语展开对技术理性及其教师教育的批判性反思,建构一种引发个人真实发声的个性化教师教育,督促教师教育者和准教师悬置理所当然的预先给定的世界,基于个人独特的生活体验,坚定地发出自己真实声音,打破沉默,发挥主动性,唤醒自我意识,最终克服异化、走向解放的教师教育。 The traditional teacher education,which takes the general education theoretical knowledge and practical skills as the core and aims to train technical experts,is constructed by the technical rational discourse,and is a kind of standard education like factory assembly lines. This teacher education constructes a silent reality. It covers up the personal experience and voice of teachers and would-be teachers,and deprives them of spontaneity and initia? tive,which make them outsiders and silent people rather than inquisitors and vocalists who rooting in personal experience. The paper attemps to reflect critically on technical rationality and teacher education through phenomenological discourse to construct a personalized teacher education that evokes a personal authentic voice and urges teachers and would-be teachers to suspend the world as it should be. They can make their real voice firmly based on their unique life experience,break the silence,exercise the initiative,awaken their sense of self and overcome alienation so as to move toward the liberation in theend.
