伤口评估及湿性换药护理在2型糖尿病并发背痈感染中的应用效果

Study on the effect of wound evaluation and wet dressing nursing on type 2 diabetes combined with piggyback infection

目的研究伤口评估及湿性换药护理在2型糖尿病并发背痈感染中的应用效果。方法选择2015年10月至2018年10月本院2型糖尿病并发背痈感染患者60例,随机分为对照组和研究组各30例。两组均接受系统专科治疗,对照组采用常规换药护理,研究组采用伤口评估及湿性换药护理。对比两组治疗效果、换药依从性、换药情况、康复情况及住院费用。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组换药依从性高于对照组,换药次数、住院费用少于对照组,换药间隔时间长于对照组,住院及创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论伤口评估及湿性换药护理能有效延长2型糖尿病并发背痈感染患者换药间隔时间,减少换药次数,有助于降低患者换药痛苦,有效提高其换药依从性,且能在一定程度上改善治疗效果,有效促进患者康复,减少住院费用。

Objective To study the effect of wound assessment and wet dressing nursing on type 2 diabetes combined with piggyback infection. Methods A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with piggyback infection were selected from October 2015 to October 2018 and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups received systematic specialist treatment, the control group received routine dressing care, and the study group were given wound assessment and wet dressing care. The treatment effects, dressing compliance, dressing changes and rehabilitation of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The dressing compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the number of dressing changes in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the interval between dressing changes was longer than that in the control group, the healing time of hospitalization and wound healing was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Wound assessment and wet dressing treatment can effectively prolong the interval between patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with piggyback infection, reduce the number of dressing changes, help reduce the pain of patients changing dressing, and effectively improve their dressing compliance. To some extent, the therapeutic effect is improved and the patient’s recovery is effectively promoted.
