四川省管理学学科70年发展研究

Research on 70 Years Development of Management Discipline in Sichuan

新中国成立70年以来,四川省管理学学科取得了长足的发展,无论是在西方管理学理论的引入和本土化管理理论研究的开展方面,还是在管理学理论的应用推广方面都取得了十分可喜的成绩。文章通过对新中国成立70年来四川省管理学学科发展进程进行系统的梳理和研究,全面厘清四川省管理学发展脉络,探索管理学学科领域发展趋势和发展策略,有助于找准未来四川省管理学的发展方向,为今后的学科发展提供有益的启示,同时也将服务于四川省经济社会发展的战略需要,统筹谋划管理学学科未来发展蓝图,深入实施科教兴国和人才强国战略。

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China 70 years ago,the discipline of management in Sichuan has made a great progress,not only in the introduction of western management theories and the development of local management theories,but also in the application and promotion of management theories has made very gratifing achievements.This research systematically reviews and studies the developing process of management science and comprehensively clarifies the development track of management science in Sichuan since the founding of new China;and also explores the development trend and strategies of management science.Such research is helpful to find out the development direction of management in Sichuan in the future and provide beneficial enlightenment for the future development of the discipline.At the same time,it will serve the strategic needs of Sichuan’s economic and social development,plan the future development blueprint of management discipline,and implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country with talents.
