摘要
学术界关于员工工作与家庭平衡的研究大多还停留在工作和家庭的冲突与协调层面。利用SPSS21.0,将领导-成员交换、角色宽度自我效能感、工作-家庭促进、工作-家庭冲突等作为变量,引入年龄、性别、教育程度、婚姻状况作为控制变量,分别将领导-成员交换与角色宽度自我效能感正相关、角色宽度自我效能感中介领导-成员交换与工作-家庭促进的正向关系、角色宽度自我效能感中介领导-成员交换与工作-家庭冲突的负向关系作为三个假设并对其进行实证研究。研究结果显示:领导-成员交换能够促进角色宽度自我效能感,以角色宽度自我效能感为中介的领导-成员交换对工作家庭促进有正向作用,以角色宽度自我效能感为中介的领导成员交换和工作-家庭冲突之间不存在明显关系。
Most of the academic studies on the balance between work and families are still at the level of conflict and coordination between them. Using SPSS 21.0, taking leader-member exchange, role width self-efficacy, promotion and confliction between family and work as variales, meanwhile, introducing age, gender, education level and marital status as control variable, the author made the research for three hypotheses respectively about the relationship between leader-member exchange and role width self-efficacy;The positive relationship among self-efficay of character′s width, leader-member exchange and work-family promotion;the negative relationship among self-efficacy of character′s width, leader-member exchange and work-family confliction. The research found: The leader-member exchange can promote the self-efficacy of character′s width;There is a positive effect on work-family promotion and leader-member exchange which is mediated by self-efficacy of character's width;There is no obvious relationship between work-family confliction and leader-member exchange which is mediated by self-efficacy of character′s width.
