摘要 解决能源供应、缓解气候变化,是全球面对的共同课题。作为国家城镇化进程的推动者和践行者,探索并寻求出符合时代需求和家国利益的住宅产品系统方案是开发建设单位走向成熟的必经之路。本文以石家庄融创城项目为例,探讨了通过一套系统的建筑技术解决方案,统筹不同视角的设计预期,实现高能效性、舒适和健康的建筑品质性,以及全寿命周期的技术经济性在建筑中的协调和平衡,最终达到同时提高居住者福祉和环境可持续性的目的。 Addressing energy supply and mitigating climate change are global issues.As the promoter and practitioner of the national urbanization process,it is the only path for the development and construction units driving to maturity by exploring and seeking for a system solution scheme of residential buildings that could meet the needs of the times and be in line with the interests of household and country.This paper,taking Sunac City project as an example,discusses how to coordinate the design expectations from multiple perspectives through a systematic building technology solution to realize the coordination and balance of high energy efficiency,comfort and health,as well as the technological economy in the whole life cycle in buildings,and finally to achieve the goal of improving the well-being of residents and environmental sustainability at the same time.
