本文主要是介绍德国Aluplast门窗系统先进的无钢衬技术、内部粘结技术、整窗填充聚氨酯保温材料技术、中空玻璃与型材槽口填充膨胀棉等技术,结合阿鲁特系统门窗的后安装工艺,以此达到超低能耗被动式建筑门窗的各项性能指标。

This paper mainly introduces the advanced steel-free lining technology of Germany Aluplast door and window system,internal bonding technology,technology of filling the polyurethane insulation material of the whole window,hollow glass and profile groove filling expansion cotton,etc.,which are combined with the installation process of Aluter doors and windows system,so as to achieve the performance indicators of doors and windows for ultra-low energy and passive building.
