摘要
基于消费升级、文化强国战略、供给侧结构性改革等背景分析,文化产业依托信息、创意等战略资源带动传统产业颠覆式创新,实现规模经济、范围经济和协同效应,是转变经济发展方式的重要一环。解析经典的全产业链商业模式中产品延伸与品牌延伸互动协同演化机制,从文化产业与信息技术融合、国际化经营、生命周期循环与创新等方面,探索产业发展趋势与关键要素,构建文化产业整体运作机理,并以广西巴马文化产业为例,通过分析提出延伸产业链条、数字化升级等对策建议。
Based on the background analysis of the consumption upgrading, cultural power strategy, supply-side structural reform,cultural industry drive disruptive innovation in traditional industries, the paper holds that relying on information, creation and other strategic resources to achieve scale economy, scope economy and synergistic effect is an important link in transforming the pattern of economic development. The paper analyzes the interactive co-evolution mechanism of product extension in the classical business model of classical whole industry chain and brand extension. The paper also explores industry development trend and the key elements from the integration of cultural industry and information technology, international operation, life cycle and innovation. By constructing the overall operation mechanism of cultural industry and taking the cultural industry of Bama County of Guangxi as the example, the paper put forward countermeasures including extending industrial chain and digitalization upgrading.
