高职院校二级学院教学秘书如何提高工作效率

校院二级管理体制是我国高职院校在实践发展中逐步形成的一种教育管理模式,而二级学院的教学秘书是二级管理体制下高职院校教学管理工作中最基层的管理者,其工作效率的高低直接关系到教学管理工作能否到位和完成效果。本文对二级学院教学秘书的工作现状及工作效率低的原因进行研究分析,进而提出改善方法。

The Second-tier management system was formed in the practice and development of higher vocational school. And as the first-line manager in this new system, teaching secretary of secondary schools5 working efficiency is directly related to results of teaching management. This paper studies the current status of work and the cause of inefficiency of teaching secretary, and offers improvement method.
