摘要
因异形轴零件为多槽的轴类零件,本文通过自顶向下方法在三维工程软件中基于分型面进行该零件的整体布局和模块划分,将该零件模具成型部分划分为五部分,实现了模具的三维可视化设计。基于三维模型,在二维工程软件中进行局部设计,通过调用标准件和剖切等方法将该模具定位、夹紧等结构以工程图纸形式展现,有效地节省了模具设计时间,保证了模具成型质量。
Because the special-shaped shaft part is a multi-groove shaft part, this paper divides the whole layout and module division of the part based on parting surface in the three-dimensional engineering software by top-down method, divides the forming part of the part into five parts, and realizes the three-dimensional visual design of the die. Based on the three-dimensional model, the local design is carried out in the two-dimensional engineering software. By using standard parts and cutting methods, the positioning and clamping structures of the die are displayed in the form of Engineering drawings, which effectively saves the design time of the die and guarantees the forming quality of the die.
