摘要
针对传统加湿器对水质要求高和不可移动性的问题,提出并设计了一种冷蒸发净水空气加湿器。该加湿器主要基于冷蒸发形式,也就是自然界中水自然蒸发的原理,通过高亲水性蒸发网将水吸附于其表面增大空气与水的接触面积,再由上方风扇加速其表面水分的自然蒸发,同时上层过滤部分基于太赫兹阻垢陶瓷球及微孔抗菌陶瓷球两种滤材对注入自来水进行接触性过滤,去除了水垢及水中大部分的大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌,实现了加湿的健康化,并解决了传统加湿器对于水质要求高的问题。进一步,加湿器底部安装四个静音万向刹车轮,解决了传统加湿器不可移动性的问题。
Aiming at the high water quality requirements and non-movability of traditional humidifiers, a cold evaporation water purifier is proposed and designed. This water purifier is mainly based on the principle of cold evaporation, which is the principle of natural evaporation of water in nature. The high hydrophilic evaporation net adsorbs water on its surface to increase the contact area of air and water, and then the upper fan accelerates the surface moisture. Evaporation, while the upper filtration part is based on the terahertz scale-reducing ceramic ball and the microporous antibacterial ceramic ball. The two kinds of filter materials are used for contact filtration of the injected tap water, removing the scale and most of the E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus in the water, and achieving humidification. It is healthy and solves the problem of high requirements for water quality in traditional humidifiers. Further more, four silent universal brake wheels are installed on the bottom of the humidifier to solve the problem of the non-movability of the conventional humidifier.
