Digital transformation is a new change, impacting on the traditional information model, which is profoundly affecting the innovation and development of enterprises, the transformation and upgrading of industries and the reconstruction of business models. Aiming at the five key problems that enterprises encounter in promoting digital transformation, this paper analyses them one by one based on the experience and exploration in practice, and tries to reveal the correct path and method of digital transformation.
