穴位注射配合雷火灸治疗危重症时肠胀气的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of acupoint injection combined with Leihuo moxibustion on flatulence in criticallyill patients

目的:探讨穴位注射联合雷火灸法治疗ICU收治危重症患者并发肠胀气的临床效果。方法:选取本院2017年1月至2019年5月ICU收治的危重症合并肠胀气患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予常规护理措施,包括腹部穴位按摩、灌肠和腹部热敷,观察组在对照组的基础上实施穴位注射联合雷火灸中医护理干预。干预2周,对比两组患者腹胀临床症状评分、症状改善有效率、舒适度及满意度。结果:干预前,两组患者腹胀中医症状评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组腹胀中医症状评分及胀气持续时间均明显低于对照组,肠鸣音恢复时间短于对照组,观察组症状改善有效率、舒适和满意度评价均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:危重症时并发肠胀气患者实施穴位注射联合雷火灸法,可明显缓解患者肠胀气临床症状,提高患者舒适度和满意度,有利于缓解患者病情进展。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupoint injection combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of critically ill patients with flatulence in the ICU.Methods:Sixty patients with critically ill patients with flatulence admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine nursing measures,including abdominal acupoint massage,enema and abdominal hot compress.The observation group performed acupoint injection combined with Leihuo moxibustion Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks of intervention,the clinical symptoms scores,symptom improvement efficiency,comfort and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of TCM symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the TCM symptom scores and duration of flatulence in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the recovery time of bowel sounds was shorter than that of the control group.The effective,comfortable and satisfactory evaluation of symptom improvement in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In critically ill patients with a flatulence,acupoint injection combined with thunder fire moxibustion can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of flatulence,improve patient comfort and satisfaction,and help to alleviate the patient's progress.
