中国颅脑创伤诊治的未来 被引量：14

Future of diagnosis and treatment of craniocerebral trauma in China

摘要 我国颅脑创伤(TBI)的发生率和致死、致残率逐年攀升,已成为一个重大的公共卫生问题.近年来,我国在TBI诊治方面取得长足进步,如建立更多的神经外科重症监护病房、增加脑监测设备的可用性、脑成像技术的发展以及建立以证据为基础的指南,但仍有许多地方需要进一步改进.本文主要围绕我国TBI临床诊治未来发展的具体方向展开述评.
