摘要
人们对食品安全抽检的期望越来越高,希望食品安全抽检能积极发挥作用,通过检验检测,将不合格产品拒于市场大门之外,远离餐桌.本文就如何提高食品抽检过程的问题发现率进行探讨.
People expect more and more food safety sampling inspection, hoping that the food safety sampling inspection can play a positive role, pass the inspection and inspection, reject unqualified products from the market door, away from the table. This paper discussed how to improve the problem detection rate of food sampling inspection.
