随着物质生活水平的提升,饮食行业发展速度不断提升,逐渐出现了食品安全问题,引发社会各界广泛关注.此次研究主要是围绕提高食品质检员质检操作技能的有效途径展开讨论,首先介绍了食品质量检验的意义,分析质检员在操作中存在的各项问题,深入分析提高质检员质检操作技能的有效措施,希望能够为相关人员提供参考.
With the improvement of material living standards, the development speed of catering industry has been increasing, and food safety problems have gradually emerged, which has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life. This research mainly focused on the effective ways to improve the quality inspection operation skills of food quality inspectors. Firstly, it introduced the significance of food quality inspection, analysed the problems existing in the operation of quality inspectors, and deeply analysed the effective measures to improve the quality inspection operation skills of quality inspectors, hoping to play a reference value for the relevant personnel.
