对餐饮管理专业学生职业能力的培养初探

摘要 近年来,随着我国餐饮行业的快速发展,越来越多的青少年进入餐饮行业,餐饮管理专业学生也越来越多,为餐饮行业培养了大量的管理人才,但是,有很多学生在毕业之后不能很好的适应餐饮行业的工作,因此,加强对学生职业能力的培养迫在眉睫.笔者根据自身多年的教学经验,分析了餐饮管理专业学生职业能力培养方面存在的问题,并简述自己对提升学生职业能力的一些观点,希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用. In recent years, along with the rapid development of China’s catering industry, more and more teenagers into the food industry, as the court catering management professional students more and more, for the food industry has trained a large number of management personnel, however, there are a lot of students after graduation can not adapt to the food industry work very well, therefore, to strengthen the cultivation of students’ vocational ability is imminent. Based on my own teaching experience for many years, this paper analyzed the problems in the cultivation of the vocational ability of students majoring in food and beverage management, and briefly described some of my views on improving the vocational ability of students, hoping to play a role.
