摘要 食品安全无小事,从微观角度看,食品安全牵涉人民群众的身体健康,从宏观角度看,食品安全关乎国家的经济发展命脉以及民族的命运.随着"毒大米""福喜公司过期肉""硫磺熏制毒生姜""皮革奶"等食品安全事件的相继曝光,食品安全检验的权威性与信服力也受到公众质疑,食品检验技术存在的诸多问题也逐步浮出水面.基于此,本文着重针对我国食品检验技术存在的问题的解决方法展开论述. Food safety is no trivial matter. From a micro perspective, food safety concerns the health of the people. From a macro perspective, food safety concerns the lifeline of the country’s economic development and the fate of the nation. With the successive exposure of food safety incidents such as “poisonous rice”,“fuxi expired meat”,“sulfur fumigated poisonous ginger”,“leather milk”, the authority and credibility of food safety inspection have also been questioned by the public, and many problems in food inspection technology have gradually emerged. Based on this, this paper focused on the problems of food inspection technology in China and the solutions to be adopted.
