摘要
目前人们对于餐饮安全问题越来越重视,染色红烧肉、地沟油、苏丹红等非法食品添加剂的使用等行为严重的威胁着人们的身体健康,一些食品在加工烹饪中离不开食品添加剂,食品添加剂能够延长食品保质期、改善食品品质.但是怎样合理使用食品添加剂,保证饮食的安全是十分重要的.本文主要阐述了食品添加剂在烹饪中的安全使用.
At present, people pay more and more attention to the safety of food and beverage. The use of dyed braised pork, waste oil, Sudan red and other food additives seriously threatens people’s health. Some foods are inseparable from food additives and food additives in processing and cooking. It can have the effect of prolonging the shelf life of food and improving the quality of food. However, how to use food additives reasonably to ensure the safety of food is very important. This article focused on the safe use of food additives in cooking.
