摘要
本文结合我国的食品安全与质量现状,对食品检验在食品安全保障中的重要性进行分析,并围绕促进食品检验技术水平提升,有效确保食品安全与质量的对策进行研究,以为有关实践及研究提供参考.
Based on the current situation of food safety and quality in China, this paper analyses the importance of food inspection in food safety, and studies the countermeasures to improve the technical level of food inspection so as to effectively ensure food safety and quality, so as to provide reference for relevant practice and research.
