摘要
随着物质生活水平的提高,人们对于食品的要求也越发严格,对于食品安全问题也越发重视.近几年来,为了吸引消费者,各种美食层出不穷,在很大程度上引发了较严重的食品安全问题,这些恶劣的食品安全问题引发了全社会的广泛关注,为了响应国家食品安全法,有效提高广大消费者的食品安全意识,对食品安全问题进行探讨具有重要意义.本文主要对我国的食品安全现状以及产生原因进行了分析,提出了有效加强食品质量控制,保障食品安全的措施.
With the improvement of people’s material living standards, people’s requirements for food are more stringent, and more attention is paid to food safety issues. In recent years, in order to catch consumers, various kinds of delicacies emerge in an endless stream, which to a large extent has led to greater food safety problems, and many food safety issues have aroused widespread concern in society, in order to respond to the publicity of the national food safety law in a timely manner, and effectively improve the food safety of the broad masses of people. Full awareness is of great significance to the discussion of food safety issues. This paper mainly combined the current situation of food safety in China and the causes of its occurrence, and put forward the optimization measures to effectively strengthen the quality control of food and ensure food safety.
