摘要
为研究吉林省长白山人参中的锗元素的含量,取4~6年生晒参及茎叶,湿法消化后用氢化物原子荧光分析仪检测其含量.标准曲线的相关系数r=0.9990,相对标准偏差0.3%,加标回收率95.2%~104.2%,结果表明人参及茎叶中均含有锗元素.
To study the content of germanium in ginseng of Changbai Mountain in Jilin Province, four to six-yearold sun-dried ginseng and its stems and leaves, hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometer was used to detect the content after wet digestion. The correlation coefficient of standard curve r=0.999 0,relative standard deviation 0.3%,the recovery of standard addition is 95.2%~ 104.2%,the results showed that germanium was found in ginseng, stem and leaf.
