Discussion on Determination of Vitamin B12 in Milk Products by Microbial Method

国家标准GB 5413.14-2010是目前用于维生素B12测定的主要方法和仲裁方法.本文通过对6批次奶粉的6组平行测定,分析超声波清洗器和酶标仪在维生素B12微生物法检测中的适用性及可行性.结果表明,超声波清洗器和酶标仪能满足实验要求,适于在常规实验室建立和应用.

National standard GB 5413.14-2010 is the main method and arbitration method for the determination of vitamin B12. This study analyzed the applicability and feasibility of ultrasonic cleaner and enzyme marker in vitamin B12 microbiological method through 6 groups of parallel determination of 6 batches of milk powder. The results show that the ultrasonic cleaner and enzyme marker can meet the experimental requirements and are suitable for the establishment and application of conventional laboratory.
