摘要
笔者深入探究糕点及馅料等食品中总糖的检测方法后,总结影响糕点及馅料类食品总糖检测的因素,并对比分析了国家标准中糕点、馅料等食品的总糖检测方法.
In this paper, after deeply explored the detection methods of total sugar in cakes and fillings and other foods, the author summarized the influencing factors of the detection methods of total sugar in cakes and fillings, and compared and analyzed the detection methods of total sugar in cakes and fillings and other foods and the national standard detection methods.
