安顺市售饮料中合成色素含量检测及分析

摘要 目的:了解安顺市售饮料中合成色素含量情况,为监督管理和风险评估提供参考依据.方法:于安顺市主城区随机采集484份饮料,采用液相色谱法检测合成色素含量,使用SPSS 22.0软件对检测数据进行统计分析.结果:饮料中合成色素检出率为63.8%,含量合格率为100%.各类型饮料中合成色素比和均值最高为功能饮料0.294、最低为茶饮料0.011,比和总体差异具有统计学意义(F=22.65,P<0.01).结论:安顺市售饮料中合成色素总体安全风险较低,证明近几年食品添加剂规范化管理取得一定成效.建议相关部门进一步加强监管,特别是加强学校周边和安顺本地生产饮料监管. Objective: The content of synthetic pigment in beverage sold in Anshun city was analyzed to provide reference for supervision and risk assessment. Methods: 484 drinks were randomly collected in the main district of Anshun city, and the content of synthetic pigment was detected by HPLC, SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the test data. Results: The detection rate of synthetic pigment in beverage was 63.8%. and the qualified rate of content is 100%. The ratio and mean of synthetic pigments in all kinds of beverages were 0.294 for functional beverages and 0.011 for tea beverages, with statistical significance (F=22.65, P<0.01).. Conclusion: the overall safety risk of synthetic pigments in Anshun drinks is low, which proves that the standardized management of food additives has achieved some results in recent years. It is suggested that the relevant departments further strengthen supervision, especially the supervision of local beverage production around schools and in an orderly manner.
