摘要
响应习近平总书记提出的新时代需要高质量发展的号召,依据质量管理标准对知识管理的要求,结合电力勘测设计企业转型发展的实际,对显性知识、隐性知识、信息化知识管理平台建设等重点知识管理的内容在电力勘测设计企业中提升质量的应用进行了研究和分析,并对电力勘测设计企业深化知识管理和第三方评审机构促进知识管理深化提出了建议。
Responding to the call of General Secretary Xi Jinping that the new era needs high-quality development and the requirement of quality management standards,combining the transformation and development practice of power survey and design enterprises,this thesis carries out research and analysis on the application of knowledge management in quality improvement for power survey and design enterprises,including tacit knowledge,explicit knowledge and informatized knowledge management platform development,and put forward some suggestions on the deepening of knowledge management in power survey and design enterprises and third party audit body.
