近年来,随着我国提出的“一带一路”建设的顺利进行,国外项目设计越来越多。文章以迪拜项目为例,探讨总结设计院在国外项目设计中的管理经验,提出管理措施和方法,在同类工程设计中为设计院的设计或总承包单位的管理提供借鉴与参考。

In recent years,engineering service of overseas project increased significantly with the smooth implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative put forward by China.This article will take Dubai Hassyan project as an example,try to explore and summarize experience,method and measure of overseas project engineering managment and aim to share valuable thought with EPC and engineering contractor.
